BeraTek Services

Services for any area of manufacturing

Computer Aided Design (CAD) includes us taking your product idea and creating an animated version using engineering software. All CAD models are created differently and you may already have a design created by an engineer, however, is your product designed with manufacturing in mind? Our onsite design team has constant communication with our manufacturing team throughout the design process. This allows us to create product design ready to be used in product manufacturing and tooling. Result – saving you time and money in the long run!

Product Prototyping can be done in multiple ways. After consultation, we will provide recommendations on the best prototyping for your product. The 3D printing process is one option for seeing form and making your product tangible. This allows you to be able to hold and look at your product in a cost-effective way. If you desire a production quality prototype, we offer machine prototype tooling. This provides a few production quality runs of your product which allows you to get more specific with final changes and product testing in the market. Prototype tooling offers you production quality parts at a fraction of the cost of full scale product manufacturing.

Product Manufacturing is the process of taking a completed design and machining a mold or product tool to shoot production parts. The product tool is used to manufacture product in the plastic injection molding machine. Our plastic injection molding machines allow us to manufacture product at high volumes and quickly. Need an adjustment to your tool? No problem, our vertically integrated services allow us to respond quickly and cost-effectively to meet your needs. As a value to our customers, we require no minimum orders and offer a lifetime warranty on the first million shots from your production tool.

Your product is now manufactured and ready for sale. We offer low-cost warehousing fees and will gladly help with distribution of your product. Contact us for details on how we can be your valued partner.

Plastic injection molding is one of the popular methods for mass producing plastic parts. Parts to be injection molded must first be very carefully designed to facilitate the molding process. Once the mold (also referred to as tooling or die) is created, the mold is placed in the injection molding machine. Raw plastic material, usually in the form of pellets, is fed into the injection molding machine, and advanced towards the mold by the injection unit. During this process, the material is melted by heat and pressure. As the plastic cools, it will solidify into the shape of the desired part.
